Responsible use
Website Terms
These terms apply to the public FourAxis website, its general-information resources, calculators and inquiry tools.
Effective September 20, 2026
General information only
Website content, dates, calculators and illustrations are general information only. They are not tax, accounting, legal, investment, insurance or mortgage advice and should not replace advice based on your complete circumstances.
No automatic professional relationship
Visiting the website, using a calculator, submitting an inquiry or booking a consultation does not by itself create a client or professional relationship. A service relationship begins only after FourAxis accepts the engagement and confirms its scope.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, reviewing documents before approval and meeting filing or payment deadlines unless FourAxis has expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Calculators, rates and external information
Calculator results are estimates. Rates, deadlines, benefits and eligibility rules can change. Confirm important information with the applicable government authority, financial institution or licensed professional before acting.
Secure portal use
Keep Client IDs and private access codes confidential. Do not attempt to access another person’s file or misuse website, portal or communication features. Sensitive documents must be submitted through the secure portal rather than ordinary email or the public inquiry form.
Third-party and regulated services
External links are provided for convenience. Mortgage, insurance and investment services are subject to eligibility and are provided or referred through appropriately licensed professionals, as applicable.
Government non-affiliation
FourAxis Financial Services is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the Canada Revenue Agency, Internal Revenue Service or another government authority.
Availability and changes
FourAxis may update website content, tools and these terms, or temporarily suspend a feature for maintenance or security. Ontario law and applicable Canadian federal law govern these terms.
